DR RICHARD DEVINE – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the DR RICHARD DEVINE ("Academy"), owned and operated by DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, presentations, and course materials, is the intellectual property of DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any course content without explicit written consent from us.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses.
• These courses are designed for medical and wellness practitioners. If you are not a qualified practitioner, you must seek medical advice before applying any information learned from the course.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during enrollment.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login details or course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Payment Terms & Payment Plans

• Full Payment: Payments for courses must be made in full unless you choose a payment plan.
• Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments, even if you decide to discontinue the course.
• Late or Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, you must provide an alternative payment method. We may suspend access to the course until the payment is made.
• No Course Access Without Payment: If payments are not made as agreed, we reserve the right to withhold certificates, access to course materials, or further participation.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• UK/EU Students: You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws. If you access digital content within this period, you forfeit your right to a refund.
• International Students (Non-UK/EU): No refunds will be issued for students outside the UK and EU.
• No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day period (for UK/EU students), all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Course Access & Usage Restrictions

• Access to our courses is granted only to the individual who purchased the course.
• You may not share, sell, or distribute course materials or access to third parties.
• We reserve the right to revoke access without a refund if unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.

6. Certificates & Accreditation

• Course completion certificates will be issued only if all course modules are completed and payment obligations are met.

7. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Academy provides educational content only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
• This course is designed for medical and wellness practitioners. If you are not a qualified practitioner, you must consult a medical professional before applying any information from the course.
• We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Any application of the course material is at the user's discretion and risk.
• DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C. and our instructors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse effects arising from the application of the course material.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, or delays beyond our control.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the laws of the UK.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or by posting updates on our website.

By enrolling in the Lip Pro products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
